The experience from start to finish was what you would want from a beautiful holiday destination like Majorca (any hiccups are naturally going to happen, but the way the team and management conducted themselves to reach a resolution is nothing short of exemplary). From the reception team, to the bar, restaurant and cleaning staff, everything was on point. Genuine people with genuine care and willingness to go above and beyond. Me and my wife couldn’t be more appreciative of how the team made us feel part of the “familia” with the true meaning of the word. It’s especially people like Stijn, Pedro, Diego and Vegas who made that happen and gave us this incredible feeling (much love to you all, thank you for the pain in our training sessions and the madness of the water carpet). A two week holiday that felt like a two month holiday with how much we got to do and see. Aqua gym classes, yoga, tabata, water polo, table tennis, darts, pool and even spectacular evening shows (I can finally say I witnessed someone good enough to replicate Michael Jackson, the Samba was muy caliente and the bubble show was popping). A final word of appreciation to the manager, Alejandra, thank you, your organisation should use you and your team as a prime example of how things should be done and done for the better of a customer experience.
